LA SALLE KAISA SA EDSA EXHIBIT

The La Salle Kaisa sa EDSA Exhibit was held from February 20, 2012 to March 3, 2012 at the DLSU Library Ground Floor. The objectives of this activity are to commemorate the 25th anniversary of EDSA, to increase awareness among LaSallians of DLSU’s involvement in past student demonstrations, especially EDSA and to promote the university as an institution that was involved in student activism.

While Desi used 2 panel boards for her project, Enzo used the other 2 panel boards to compile pictures of LaSallians who, according to the newspaper The LaSallian, were involved in student demonstrations from the pre-Martial Law era to EDSA. They were all compiled in one side of the 2 panel boards and in the other side were famous LaSallians who were involved in demonstrations. One of the tac boards were covered with carefully cut-out white cartolina on both sides and was used as a commentary board for students to express their opinions about EDSA, Martial Law and the photo exhibit in general.
